On Friday, we hiked to Baier Manufaktur in Pfaffenhofen with 18 WERKERs. We set off with our handcart at noon on a glorious Sonnenschein☀️ day and arrived at the location hungry and happy at 5 pm. A cool drink by the pool gave us a real beach feeling and we were rewarded with a great BBQ.

We were able to live out our play instinct with Viking chess “Kubb” and a team challenge on the way, because we are always up for a competition. 💪

Such small excursions away from the daily work routine are not only important for our team spirit, but also provide space: for private conversations, silliness, time with service colleagues, living values.
