MEDIA

In a wide variety of industry sectors , emissions such as dusts, fumes, gases, but also chips, granules or emulsions are produced during different machining processes. These pollute the air and at the same time burden the health of employees and the environment. Our flexible extraction systems adapt to the respective working conditions and can be connected directly to machines or machining centers or installed as a holistic Hall ventilation system be installed.

Smoke

If employees are exposed to alveolar (respirable) emissions over a long period of time, serious illnesses such as chronic bronchitis, cancer, and blood and kidney damage can occur. Exposure to welding fumes in particular poses a high health risk. To protect workers, the environment and the production site, these media must be reliably captured and effectively extracted, for example, by fume filters or filter towers for welding smoke extraction.

Dust

Fine dusts (so-called A-dusts) can penetrate into the pulmonary alveoli (aleveoli) when inhaled and trigger serious diseases such as chronic bronchitis, cancer and blood diseases. In order to protect employees, legal workplace limits are regulated in the TRGS (Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances) To comply with these, dusts must be safely collected, extracted and filtered as directly as possible at their point of origin. For explosive and combustible dusts, such as aluminum or magnesium, we manufacture our systems in a special ATEX or fire protection design.

Chips

To avoid damage to the workpieces and the machines, chips produced must be filtered efficiently. The separated material can be returned to the material cycle and recycled. This not only protects the environment, but also saves the operator enormous costs. In addition to the coarse chips, every process also releases fine dusts and possibly aerosols, which must be extracted in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation. Our flexible extraction systems adapt optimally to the respective process, cleanly separate coarse chips and effectively filter any fine dusts and aerosols produced. The air can then be fed back into the room or outside.

Granules

Granules made of rubber or plastic are the starting point for many end products. During processes such as conveying, transferring or drying, dusts and aerosols are released that must be reliably extracted to protect people, machines and production goods. Our flexible extraction systems adapt optimally to complex production processes with a high degree of automation to ensure the high quality of your end products.

Gas and mist

The use of cooling lubricants on machine tools or in machining centers produces mists or fumes consisting of an oil-water mixture or a mixture of water and chemical additives. Mists and fumes spread quickly in the room and are deposited on machines, walls, floors and other surfaces. This not only increases the risk of accidents for employees, but can also be hazardous to health, depending on the composition. Our flexible extraction systems reliably filter these media and can be connected directly to machines or machining centers or installed as a holistic Hall ventilation system be installed.

Oil and emulsion

Oil mists and emulsions consist of a mixture of aerosols, water and microparticles. Due to their nature and chemical diffusion, these media spread quickly in the room and contaminate all surfaces. This not only increases the risk of accidents for employees, but can also be harmful to health, depending on the composition. Our flexible extraction systems reliably filter such emulsions and can be connected directly to machines or machining centers or installed as a holistic Hall ventilation system be installed.
