The new voice in our internal sales team is Tamara, who has been taking care of offers, customer inquiries and other sales topics since the beginning of the year.

Tamara came to The WERKERs via our Sales Manager Tobias Mändle and previously worked in the building materials trade for over 23 years.

Our flat hierarchies, the relaxed tone and our young, modern image convinced her. For Tamara, the reason for the new challenge in a completely new industry was personal development, new goals and appreciation.

“I was particularly attracted by the values of honesty, respect and trust, because they are the basis for every business and private relationship. We are currently in the process of further populating our ERP system “my factory”, which is an additional challenge for me as a new employee, but the common goal is in sight and will automate and simplify many processes.”

As a structured organizational talent, we are delighted that Tamara is shaking up the (still) male-dominated sales team and bringing a breath of fresh air to our WERKER team.
