M&P was looking for an extraction solution for vapors from a cleaning agent for attaching magnets to PVC viewing panels.

Before the magnets are glued, the windows must be thoroughly cleaned – with a special isopropanol cleaner that is used in many automotive and trade businesses.

Suction table for gluing work

The ideal solution was our extraction tables with a special perforated plate support. While the employees clean the visible panels on the table, the harmful vapors are simultaneously extracted downwards and led out of the workshop via a pipe system.

This keeps the air clean and employees healthy. In addition to vapors, extraction tables can also extract dust or chips from metal and other materials. This prevents harmful substances from being dispersed in the air or deposited on surfaces and floors. 🪣🧽
