Wet separators are filter systems for dust produced when grinding or deburring metal parts in industry. Unlike other filter systems, wet separators use water as the main filter medium. Anyone who has ever wet vacuumed at home knows that cleaning and emptying the wet dust is a dirty business.

In production companies, time is even more money than in a normal Swabian household, so things have to be quick and easy.

When developing our new Series B wet separators, we therefore integrated extra-large cleaning openings and reusable filters.

This means that the 3-4 meter high system can be completely cleaned in 10 minutes. The filters are made of a special stainless steel mesh that is rustproof and can be easily washed out with a high-pressure cleaner. The wet separator is then as good as new and cleans the air of hazardous pollutants and dust.
