Mike has been shaking up the extraction industry for us in field sales since April! As an industrial engineer, he was responsible for optimizing series production for over five years and led various project teams.

Solving problems together with customers is what tipped the scales for him in the direction of sales. Through his professional experience, he has learned to take a beating, to tame lions and to never lose the joy of contact with different people and types.

What convinced Mike to take the plunge into the cold (sales) water with ABSAUGWERK was the modern product design, the marketing presence and the young, motivated team.

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know new places and different people and their stories! Working at the same desk and in the same place every day doesn’t fill me up and quickly becomes monotonous. As a sales representative in the field, I can live out my strengths and realize my potential.”

For his wife Janine and their two sons Liam and Lenny, the situation is new, but Mike is sure that the benefits for his family outweigh being happy at work and is already looking forward to bringing home small gifts from various regions.
