Our customer D. La Porte Söhne GmbH from Wuppertal manufactures high-precision locks and fittings for the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers in the off-highway sector, which have to withstand the toughest demands – and has been doing so for almost 160 years as a family business in its fifth generation.

Casting the parts produces harmful oil vapors and aerosols that need to be effectively extracted. At the same time, the 4 casting machines, which work simultaneously in 2-shift operation, really heat up the hall. With our oil mist separator the fine particles are now filtered out of the air and the clean exhaust air is led outside. Fresh air is constantly supplied to cool the hall. And our technical manager Martin Prokisch has come up with something very special for this.
