For the new construction of a production hall at one of our customers, we implemented an extraction solution using direct capture with extraction arms. 💪
Welding takes place at several workstations in the hall, which is over 10,000 m³ in size. The welding fumes, which are hazardous to health, are captured and extracted directly at the source using extraction arms. The air is then cleaned using an R 3000 series fume filter (performance: 11 kW | 15,000 m³/h) with an integrated HEPA H14 after-filter.

The existing extraction unit for hall extraction was transferred from the previous hall to the new building and adapted by us to the new conditions.
