Effective extraction solutions for the automotive industry 🚗

A customer in the automotive industry produces metal parts and assemblies from development to production. Harmful dust is produced during machining processes such as grinding, which must be reliably captured.
Point extraction was not practicable in this case. This is why an extraction booth system was used. It makes it possible to separate particularly dirt-intensive processes from other areas and at the same time implement efficient extraction solutions, even where space is limited. ⚡️
The contaminated air is captured on one side of the cabin via extraction walls and fed via a pipe system to the ATEX P 4000 series deduster (11 kW | 13,850 m³/h), where it is filtered.
Air can flow in from the opposite side underneath the separating curtain. This creates a defined cross-flow that guides the particles in the direction of the captures.
