For 4 years now, we have been starting the new year with a 28-day metabolism cure, accompanied by Andrea alias Formsache Huss from Langenau.

Alcohol, sugar and bad carbohydrates are removed from the diet. Instead, each WORKER is given an individual nutrition plan based on blood type, physical condition and metabolism. This revs up the metabolism so that the kilos fall off automatically and muscles are even built up.

All employees who have taken part so far have improved physically from year to year and continuously reduced their metabolic age. The yo-yo effect is therefore demonstrably absent. 👋
