Your tasks
- Support and Consulting for Our Existing Customers
- Preparing and tracking quotes, as well as order processing
Processing service and maintenance orders - Supporting the field sales team and providing general sales support
- Handling organizational and administrative tasks in the internal sales department
- Assisting with the switchboard

What you bring (with you)
- Business Training
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or commercial order processing
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
- Business acumen and a high degree of attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of an ERP system, ideally myfactory, is a plus
