Thanks to Danilo, the sun has been rising every day here at the WERK since January—even on days when it’s cloudy outside.😉 No wonder—for him, honesty, positivity, and laughter are simply part of a good day.

As a trained mechatronics technician, he performs the mechanical and electrical wiring of our systems on the production line and tests them before they leave the WERK.

How did he end up with us? He found the job posting online and applied right away. Even back then, he had a feeling that this might be the perfect fit for him, and that turned out to be true. Danilo appreciates the spirit with which we approach our work and enjoys being part of the team.

In his free time, he enjoys being active: either playing soccer with his club or going for a jog. After work, he’s always up for a game of darts—and he’s quite good at it. 🎯

His motto? Start the day with the right attitude and tell yourself, “This day is going to be a good one.” And most of the time, he’s right. He brings his optimistic spirit and good karma to the WERK every day. With Danilo as a coworker, you can’t help but be in a good mood at work. He’s a real ray of sunshine! 💛
