Side hoods for stationary work areas ✔️

02. July 2026

In the case of recurring processes or fixed work areas such as workbenches, the area where emissions are generated remains spatially limited. Extraction hoods are often used for such processes. They work stationary and over a large area and capture smoke, dust or vapors directly as they rise.
Side hoods are particularly suitable for capturing emissions escaping from the side, for example in finishing processes.

We have implemented a suitable solution for a customer: The smoke produced during soldering is captured via several side hoods with integrated slots, which are attached directly to the workbenches.

⚡️ Stationary capture without tracking
⚡️ Direct capture of emissions
⚡️ Constant capture during stationary processes
⚡️ Less false air, higher efficiency
⚡️ Constant extraction performance
⚡️ Low operating effort
