Effective extraction solutions for welding fumes 👨‍🏭

02. April 2026

Welding is carried out simultaneously at several workstations in two of our customer’s production halls. In order to safely capture the welding fumes generated, we installed two hall extraction systems with an R 3000 series fume filter (performance: 11 kW | 15,000 m³/h). The extraction unit was installed outside.

The two hall extraction systems work according to our Push Pull Plus system. The polluted air rises upwards and is captured under the hall ceiling. It reaches the extraction unit via a pipe system, where it is filtered.
The cleaned air is then fed back into the production room. Additional grilles guide the warm, filtered air back into the floor area.

With hall extraction, companies benefit from:
⚡ Low operating costs
⚡ Separation efficiency of up to 99.995 %
⚡ Heating cost savings of up to 70 %
