🔍 Health protection in the event of harmful smoke and vapors

At one of our customers, hazardous vapors and fumes are produced during the heating of pipe insulation as part of a testing process. Among other things, these contain dioxins, furans and dust containing chromium VI. The pollutants spread throughout the room with the warm air and pose a considerable risk to employees if they are not captured in a targeted manner.
⚠️ The problem:
Even low concentrations of chromium (VI) can significantly increase the risk of lung cancer. Without effective capture and filtration, these pollutants are released directly into the air we breathe.
⚡️ The solution: Effective room extraction according to the push-pull principle
- Targeted supply air routing on the ceiling
- Captures the polluted warm air on the opposite side of the room
- Controlled, directed flow through the room
Reliable filtration of pollutants and safe discharge to the outside
This effectively prevents the spread of dangerous smoke and improves health protection in the long term.
⚙️ Technical implementation:
- Extraction unit: R 2000 series fume filter (outdoor installation)
- Motor power: 3.0 kW
- Max. Air volume: 4,500 m³/h
