Raphael from Achstetten has been supporting our production team in the construction of our extraction systems since July. The trained automotive mechatronics technician previously worked in a foundry in 3-shift operation – a strenuous and not entirely harmless backbreaking job. 😮💨
The young dad was motivated to change jobs by the working hours: “I wanted to get out of shift work to have more time for my family and especially my little son Lias.”
In his free time, Raphael likes to go fishing🎣, go on bike rides with the
family
or barbecues at home. The WERKERs is all about the values of
respect
,
honesty
and
reliability
are important. “When working in a team, you have to be able to rely on each other.” The “you” culture, the after-work beer with colleagues and, last but not least, the wide choice at lunch make work really enjoyable for Raphael.
In future, Raphael will not only be involved in mechanical production, but also in the electrical wiring of our extraction systems. As a trained automotive mechatronics technician, he is a real stroke of luck for us. 🍀
