From PVC sheets and pipes to twin-wall sheets for building construction – Merk & Partner<\/a> is THE address in the Ulm region when it comes to plastics.<\/p>\n M&P was looking for an extraction solution for vapors from a cleaning agent for attaching magnets to PVC viewing panels.<\/p>\n Before the magnets are glued, the windows must be thoroughly cleaned – with a special isopropanol cleaner that is used in many automotive and trade businesses.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The ideal solution was our extraction tables<\/a> with a special perforated plate support. While the employees clean the visible panels on the table, the harmful vapors are simultaneously extracted downwards and led out of the workshop via a pipe system. <\/p>\n This keeps the air clean and employees healthy. In addition to vapors, extraction tables<\/a> can also extract dust or chips from metal and other materials.
