The 32 WERKERs<\/a> are our most important asset. Being healthy and staying fit as a team is an integral part of our company philosophy<\/g>. For 4 years now, we have been starting the new year with a metabolism cure sponsored by ABSAUGWERK. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During the 28 days, each participant received individual recipes and portion sizes tailored to their blood group, stature and metabolism. The aim of the cure is not to lose weight directly, but to really get the metabolism going \ud83d\udd25\ud83d\udd25. The kilos then tumble automatically and instead of muscles or water, mainly fat is burned. As the body receives all the important nutrients and plenty of protein, it does not fall into an emergency situation (filling fat stores), which triggers the typical yo-yo effect. <\/p>\n
