For our customer in Hungary, we didn’t just spill the beans, we went all out! \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc During the grinding and welding of aluminum and steel, 6 workstations were to be extracted simultaneously and the hall air continuously filtered. \ud83d\udd27\ud83d\udca8 <\/p>\n
As aluminum dust is combustible, we had to comply with various ATEX directives regarding explosion protection<\/a>. After all, safety first! \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n Due to the limited space available, our systems for hall extraction<\/a>, such as the P 7000 deduster, are usually installed outside. The side cyclone, which resembles a smoker, separates coarse particles from the air flow in advance to protect the filters and minimize energy consumption. Clever technology for clean air<\/a> \ud83d\udca1 <\/p>\n Our fitters had a real work-out on this job! In addition to the deduster<\/a>, a total of 77 meters of pipe were installed. \ud83d\udcaa\ud83d\udd29 <\/p>\n A successful project that shows how important occupational health and safety and air pollution control are for production companies throughout Europe. \ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udf2c\ufe0f <\/p>\n
