\n<\/span> Raphael from Achstetten has been supporting our production team in the construction of our extraction systems since July. The trained automotive mechatronics technician previously worked in a foundry in 3-shift operation – a strenuous and not entirely harmless backbreaking job. \ud83d\ude2e\u200d\ud83d\udca8<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The young dad was motivated to change jobs by the working hours: “I wanted to get out of shift work to have more time for my family and especially my little son Lias.”<\/p>\n

In his free time, Raphael likes to go fishing\ud83c\udfa3, go on bike rides with the <\/span>
\n family<\/span>
\n<\/span> or barbecues at home. The WERKERs is all about the values <\/a> of <\/span>
\n respect<\/span>
\n<\/span>, <\/span>
\n honesty<\/span>
\n<\/span> and <\/span>
\n reliability<\/span>
\n<\/span> are important. “When working in a team, you have to be able to rely on each other.” The “you” culture, the after-work beer with colleagues and, last but not least, the wide choice at lunch make work really enjoyable for Raphael.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In future, Raphael will not only be involved in mechanical production, but also in the electrical wiring of our extraction systems. As a trained automotive mechatronics technician, he is a real stroke of luck for us. \ud83c\udf40<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
