This year, we have not only committed ourselves to the 28-day metabolism cure, but have also put together a comprehensive package of challenges – there is something for every WORKER!<\/p>\n

Sport and exercise:<\/strong> Whether counting steps, training endurance, building strength, fighting back pain or activating the lymphatic system.\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83c\udfcb\ufe0f\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n

Diet:<\/strong> Caffeine-free or smoke-free, sugar-free alternatives or a celery juice cure – we offer a variety of options: gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. \ud83c\udf4f\ud83e\udd57 <\/p>\n

Mental health:<\/strong> Here, too, we focus on digital detox, meditation, autogenic training and yoga. \ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\u2728 <\/p>\n

A total of 17 committed WERKERs<\/a> have confronted their inner pig dog! Next week we will celebrate our joint feast at WERK and are looking forward to seeing how many kilos we were able to bury together. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
