This year’s 28-day challenge once again involved 9<\/strong> THE WERKERS<\/strong><\/a> took part and followed a strict recipe plan for a month, completely cutting out sugar<\/strong> and alcohol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We are now doing the metabolism cure<\/strong> for the third year in a row and the costs are completely covered by ABSAUGWERK<\/strong>. The success speaks for itself: We have been able to continuously reduce our body fat, weight and metabolic age over the years and have lost a total of 45.8 kg this year! <\/p>\n
