Grinding, cutting or deburring metal parts generates dusts that must be safely extracted and filtered to protect employees and the environment. Since aluminum dust is also combustible, special protective measures must be implemented according to so-called ATEX directives<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Last week, we put a 3000 series deduster<\/a> into operation at our customer in the Netherlands to effectively extract the aluminum dust produced during deburring. The extraction unit filters the emissions via four filter cartridges with an output of 11 kW. The remaining fine dust is separated via an additional HEPA H14 filter stage and the clean air<\/a> is fed back into the hall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
