At one of our customers\u2019 facilities, the grinding and polishing of chrome steel generates dust containing oil, which must be reliably captured and filtered within a confined space. To address this challenging task, we implemented an extraction solution customized to the specific process and spatial conditions.<\/p>\n
The air is captured directly in the sanding booth via four extraction columns equipped with intake nozzles. The contaminated air is conveyed via a permanently installed pipe system to the P 3000 deduster<\/a> (7.5 kW | 8,500 m\u00b3\/h) and reliably filtered.
