Since early January, Nicolai\u2014who we simply call Nick\u2014has been working as a project manager at the WERK. With his determined and tireless approach, he plans and coordinates the assignments of our installers and service electricians.<\/p>\n
He previously worked as a project manager in mechanical engineering and brings a wealth of experience in design and technical product development from his past. He didn\u2019t have any experience with extraction technology until now, but with a lot of ambition, he\u2019s diving right into all our topics. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
By the end of 2025, he had decided: time to set sail for new horizons.
And then? One application, one success. A perfect match for us!<\/p>\n
What won him over? The personal and open communication right from the start of the application process, and the job description that was a perfect fit for him. And in the end, it was an emotional decision to join the WERKER. \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n
In his free time, he enjoys gaming or pursuing his passion for technology. He likes to go for walks in nature with his dog, Isa.<\/p>\n
What does Nick like best about the WERK? The work atmosphere. Here, he can truly flourish and really inject some energy with his creative and innovative ideas. He has an eye for the big picture and loves to make a difference. His life motto fits perfectly: \u201cNothing ventured, nothing gained.\u201d<\/p>\n
