Our WERKER Georg ended up in Neu-Ulm for love\u2014and, luckily for us, he joined us at the WERK!<\/p>\n
He had originally applied for a technician position, but during the interview, everyone quickly realized that Georg is the perfect fit for our service team! \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n
Why did he choose ABSAUGWERK?<\/strong> As a trained mechatronics technician, he worked for years in service and assembly. He has been an integral part of the team since December. Whether out in the field or at the office in Neu-Ulm, Georg is a true problem-solver. He delves into complex plant control systems while always keeping a cool head. Even when things get stressful, he shows that he\u2019s a really cool guy. <\/p>\n As a family man, he appreciates the flexibility we offer and enjoys his work-life balance with his small family in Wei\u00dfenhorn. <\/p>\n His motto: \u201cWherever you go, I\u2019ll go too. And wherever you are, I want to be there too.\u201d That was the perfect fit not only for his recent wedding, but also for his future at the WERK.<\/p>\n
Even during the application process, he sensed that our open, straightforward approach\u2014treating everyone as equals\u2014was exactly what he was looking for in an employer. And since the chemistry was right from the start, I think it\u2019s safe to say: It was a mutual connection. <\/p>\n
