We have designed a special solution for welding and grinding work for one of our customers: two mobile extraction hoods<\/strong>. \u26a1\ufe0f<\/p>\n As the customer processes workpieces that vary in size, the side hoods were built on height-adjustable chassis in order to adapt them flexibly to the grinding points. The resulting emissions are captured via suction nozzles. <\/p>\n Side hoods are always used when emissions escape from the side, as is the case with finishing processes such as grinding.<\/p>\n Thanks to the height-adjustable frame, the extraction hoods can be optimally adapted to the respective process by the operator. This ensures that the particles produced are captured and extracted with pinpoint accuracy. <\/p>\n In addition, two extraction arms<\/a> were attached to a wall bracket in the work area.<\/p>\n The welding robot, which also works in the room, is extracted via a small room extraction system based on our principle of inverse layer ventilation. Clean air<\/a> is blown in from above and the polluted air is extracted via extraction columns. <\/p>\n A P 4000 series deduster<\/a> (performance: 15 kW | 18,000 m\u00b3\/h) including HEPA H14 after-filter is used to filter the air.<\/p>\n The system was installed indoors directly next to the collection points.
