A customer in the automotive industry produces metal parts and assemblies from development to production. Harmful dust is produced during machining processes such as grinding, which must be reliably captured. <\/p>\n
Point extraction was not practicable in this case. This is why an extraction booth system<\/a> was used. It makes it possible to separate particularly dirt-intensive processes from other areas and at the same time implement efficient extraction solutions, even where space is limited. \u26a1\ufe0f<\/p>\n The contaminated air is captured on one side of the cabin via extraction walls and fed via a pipe system to the ATEX P 4000 series deduster<\/a> (11 kW | 13,850 m\u00b3\/h), where it is filtered.
Air can flow in from the opposite side underneath the separating curtain. This creates a defined cross-flow that guides the particles in the direction of the captures. <\/p>\n
